Refund policy
Our promise is to design functional and long-lasting clothing, crafted from the finest natural materials and made by skilled artisans.
However, if the purchased items do not meet expectations, it is entirely possible to return them within 14 days of receiving them for exchange or a refund (only the proof of deposit from the post office is considered a valid reference).
EXCHANGES
Returns for exchanges are free for the following countries:

- Standard home delivery with signature (COLISSIMO): Free - 2 to 4 working days
FROM INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
Zone 1 : GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, SPAIN (EXCLUDING BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA), ESTONIA, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL (EXCLUDING MADEIRA AND AZORES ISLANDS), CZECH REPUBLIC, UNITED KINGDOM, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SWEDEN
- Standard home delivery with signature (COLISSIMO): Free - 2 to 8 working days
The return label by mail is directly provided in your shipment for all countries mentioned above. In case of loss, please write to care@ni-ma.com to reprint it and receive it by email.
For all other countries, return costs for exchanges will be at your expense (including customs fees for non-EU countries).

- Returned items are the sole responsibility of the buyer throughout the transit period.
- A cleaning fee of €5 per item will apply for the return of altered items.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
